Another week has come and gone, a new week begins, and to start off that new week I did some grocery shopping online. Although there is a delivery fee for the grocery shopping the cost is about the same as taking the bus down and back twice (I do a big shop once a fortnight so I need two trips) with the benefit being that I can better plan. The one thing I have come across which I’m now having for dinner are the roasted seaweed with the fish and rice bowls that I have for lunch (along with an Up and Go Protein):

It is a fast, easy and healthy breakfast and dinner when I’m working from home (I have a coffee for morning team and afternoon tea). It has a good amount of protein and fibre with the end result being that I hit around 70g of protein per day which keeps me full and I avoid snacking in between meals. Now that I’ve had my first couple of days back in the office I’m all ready for going back into the office on Wednesday and I’ll bring my dinner with me because unfortunately the selection of meals are pretty limited now that apparently we don’t have an office manager so it is anyones guess who is taking care things.

I’ve been trying to work out why I cannot upgrade from Omnioutliner 5 to 6 even though in theory it says I should be able to yet when it comes to purchasing the upgrade I keep getting an error message that gives very little insight into what is actually going wrong. I’m looking at firing off an email on Monday to find out what has gone wrong – do I need to setup an OmniGroup account? I would have though it isn’t necessary given that I purchased OmniOutliner 5 through the Mac App Store and thus the ability to upgrade is based on the OmniOutliner seeing that I purchased 5 and thus version 6 should allow me to take advantage of the upgrade pricing.

Oh, and on the matter of software, it appears that my copy of dBpoweramp support has expired so I’m going to have a look at purchasing a copy as well as ordering some CDs online – Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds ‘Wild God’ being at the top of the list and maybe a few other titles such as Les McCann ‘Much Les’ which has some great hits such as Burnin’ Coal (most people probably remember it from the show ‘Better Call Saul’). Oh, and before I head to bed, here is something cool to listen to:
